RULES AND REGULATION FOR PARENTS AND GUARDIANS
All parents and guardians are requested to note the following very carefully-
1. The school expects you full co-operation to ensure that our students are
regular and punctual.
2. Students should bring their books as per the daily time-table.
3. Attendance at all school functions such as Republic Day, Independence Day,
School’s Annual Day, Sports Day etc. is compulsory.
4. Attendance after a short break/holiday/vacation is compulsory. Negligence in
this regards will be dealt strictly.
5. Try and meet the class teacher/Subject teacher at least once a month on the
appointed day and time to discuss your ward’s academic progress, participation in
co-curricular, extra curricular activities, conduct and behavior in details.
6. Always be present for the meetings held in the school.
7. Never criticize teachers in the presence of your ward as it inculcates wrong
values in them.
8. No student will be permitted to carry a mobile phone / notepad / or any other
fancy electronic gadgets to school.
9. Incase of a transfer or change of place, you are supposed to inform the school
office in writing before the declaration of the final results or else you’ll be liable to
pay half yearly fees to procure School Leaving Certificate.
10. Misbehavior with any teaching/administrative staff will not be tolerated. This
can lead to your ward’s dismissal from the school.
11. Your ward’s promotion to the next class will depend on his performance in the
assignments/test. Students failing in more than one subject will not be promoted
to the next class.
12. You must give only vegetarian home-cooked, nutritious, less oily food neatly
packed along with a napkin.
13. Students are not allowed to commute to school on motor-bike, scooters etc.
14. Students/parents are not allowed to give any gift to the school.
15. Check the School almanac daily and sign the H.W. and Remarks. Attend the
parents meeting regularly to meet the teachers.
16. If there are more than 3 unsigned remarks in the almanac then the child will
note be allowed to sit in the class till the parent does not sign the almanac.
17. If there are 3 remarks of indiscipline in the school almanac (signed or
unsigned) written explanation and apology has to be given by the parent.
18. The School also maintains a discipline record book and incase of any major in
disciplinary issue, the School will call the parent and take the written explanation
from the student and the parent.
