Admission Policy
AMS GIVES ADMISSION TO ALL THE CHILDREN IRRESPECTIVE OF CASTE, CREED AND RELIGION.
An admission from Grade 1 onwards is given on the basis of performance in the entrance test and subject to the availability of seats in the respective class.
Age Criteria
The child should have completed the age as indicated below for admission to the respective class.
Nursury
3 years or 3+ as on 1st June of the same year.
Junior KG
4 years or 4+ as 1st June of the same year.
Senior KG
5 years or 5+ as on 1st June of the same year.
Class 1
7 years or 7+ as 1st June of the same year.
Age eligibility for the Admission in the class over Class-I will be calculated in the same manner as mentioned above.
CURRICULUM
Documentation for Admission
Nursery to Class I
- Birth Certificate of child
- Copy of Aadhar card of the child
- Passport Size photo of the child
- Individual passport size photo of both parents
- For admission in the KG section and Class 1, an Original birth certificate has to be compulsorily submitted to the school in support of the date of birth. No admission will be given in the absence of a birth certificate.
CLASS II TO Grade Vlll
- Copy of Birth Certificate of the child
- Copy of Aadhar Card of the child
- Original LC of the previous school, LC is to be countersigned by the competent authority if belongs to state board or migrating from another state of India to Gujarat.
- Passport Size photo of the child (To be pasted on the Application form)
- Individual passport size photo of both parents (To be pasted on the Application form)
School Timing
Reporting time for students is 7: 40 a. m. Assembly start time: 8: 00 am.
Students will not be allowed to enter the premises if reported after 8 am.
Pre-primary Section
9.00 a. m to 12.30 p. m (Saturday Off)
Class I to VIIl
Monday to Friday: 7: 40 a. m to 2:00 p. m.
Saturday: 7: 40 am to 11: 50 pm.
